Pallet Controller

About the role

As a Pallet Controller at DHL Supply Chain, you will ensure that pallet movements are accurately recorded and that warehouse operations run smoothly. You will work in a fast‑paced logistics environment, using the latest technology to resolve discrepancies and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all pallet movements have correct paperwork and are reflected in the pallet software (2IC).
• Investigate and resolve pallet discrepancies, loss, and unprocessed dockets.
• Train site staff on pallet software and related processes.
• Review pallet hire invoices, aiming to reduce hire quantity and costs.
• Prepare and submit weekly reconciliation reports to the National Pallet Controller and Site Manager.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a pallet control or similar logistics role.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
• Strong self‑motivation, resilience and initiative.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
