Paediatric Speech Pathologist

About the role

A national allied health provider specialising in disability support across the lifespan is looking for an experienced paediatric speech pathologist. The role is paediatric caseload based in the clinic and out in the community, with full-time and part-time options available.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, person-centred therapy to children and adults with disabilities within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Manage a diverse caseload, supporting clients, families and carers to achieve their goals.
• Conduct assessments and implement tailored intervention strategies.
• Provide therapy in clinics, schools, homes and via telehealth.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Membership of the Speech Pathology Association (SPA).
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Driver's licence and own vehicle.

What we offer

• Salaries starting at $90,000 - $122,000 (including super) plus salary packaging.
• Salary packaging covering living expenses, meals and entertainment, novated leasing and work-related expenses.
• Caseload grows gradually to 25 billable hours per week; manageable KPIs.
• Option to work a 9-day fortnight and choose start and finish times.
• 5 weeks annual leave and 14 weeks maternity leave.
• $1,000 external professional development allowance and 10 days paid PD leave.
• Fortnightly supervision by a senior speech pathologist with 6+ years experience, peer meetings and weekly team meetings.
• On-site parking and an admin team handling bookings and billing.
