OSHC Educator – Permanent & Casual

About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group as an OSHC Educator at our Narre Warren service, building lasting relationships with families, children, and the school community. You will work split shifts before and after school, with optional extra hours during holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, play‑based activities for children before school (6:45‑9:00 am) and after school (2:45‑6:15 pm).
• Support nearby services across the region when additional staffing is required.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment and follow child‑safety protocols.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Team player with a desire to grow and learn.
• Australian working rights and willingness to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State working‑with‑children check and National Child Safety Training before onboarding.

Required skills

• VIC Diploma‑Level qualification (or working towards) for an Educator in accordance with ACECQA.
