About the role

Join the Smalls Road OSHC Club in Ryde as an OSHC Coordinator, leading a team of passionate educators and delivering a vibrant before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12. You will shape a child‑centered environment filled with STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts while developing your leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a dynamic, child‑focused program with diverse activities.
• Manage the team roster, day‑to‑day operations and compliance requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Mentor educators and foster a collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding and developing a team.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• Complete National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
