OSHC Coordinator - Before and After School Program

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is looking for an OSHC Coordinator at Our Lady of Fatimah Caringbah, a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. The coordinator leads a team of Educators and oversees an engaging, child-centred program with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts. The role is permanent and part-time, with 33.5 hours per week including 6 non-contact paid admin hours, split between two shifts: 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a dynamic, child-centred program with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Take full ownership of the team's roster and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance and handle admin tasks.
• Foster teamwork and growth within the team, with mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team.

Required profile

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Holds or is willing to obtain a national police check (the employer covers it).
• Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding (via Gecko).
