OSHC Coordinator – Before and After School Program

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is looking for an OSHC Coordinator for its Coimadai service near Bacchus Marsh. You will lead a team of Educators and oversee a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years, running Monday to Friday 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play). The role is permanent and part-time, with 19 hours per week including 4 non-contact paid admin hours, and starts in the afternoon.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a child-centred program with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Take full ownership of the team's roster and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance and handle admin tasks.
• Build on existing relationships with the school and local families.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Holds or is willing to obtain a national police check (paid by the employer).
• Australian working rights.
• Working towards or has completed a relevant VIC Diploma-level qualification to work as an Educator in accordance with ACECQA.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding (via Gecko).
