Organisation Design & Implementation Lead (12‑month fixed term)

About the role

The Organisation Design and Implementation Lead will drive end‑to‑end workforce transformation initiatives for ANZ’s Talent & Culture division. This 12‑month fixed‑term position works across multiple business units and geographies, ensuring design and implementation projects are delivered on time and to scope.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery and day‑to‑day management of Organisation Design & Implementation (OD&I) initiatives of moderate to high complexity.
• Facilitate rapid decision‑making, remove roadblocks and keep work progressing at pace.
• Partner closely with business leaders, Talent & Culture business partners, cross‑functional leads and other stakeholders.
• Perform project‑management activities including governance support, critical‑path analysis, dependency, issue and risk management, and budget/resource/scope oversight.
• Identify and manage inter‑dependencies across programmes to minimise disruption.
• Monitor key performance metrics, produce regular reporting and track progress against programme goals.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Organisation Design, Implementation and M&A services.
• Proven track record leading teams through business‑change programmes and managing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly gather status information and communicate updates to relevant parties.
• Strong analytical mindset for critical‑path and risk analysis.
