Oral Health Therapist - Full Adult Scope

About the role

A well-established dental practice in Tamworth, NSW, with over 30 years of experience and an 8-chair modern clinic offering general, cosmetic and specialist treatments such as Invisalign, orthodontics, implants and restorative dentistry, is seeking an Oral Health Therapist with full adult scope. The practice has a loyal patient base, overflowing appointment books and a waiting list, so you will join an established patient base rather than building your own.

Key responsibilities

• Treat patients of all ages, including children, families and adults
• Deliver preventive, periodontal and restorative dental treatments
• Work approximately 8-15 patients per day, depending on appointment length and treatment needs
• Contribute to a friendly, collaborative team while working independently

Required profile

• Recognised qualification in Oral Health Therapy and current AHPRA registration
• Full adult scope of practice
• At least 1 year of experience as an OHT
• Confidence delivering preventive, periodontal and restorative treatments
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Interest in ongoing clinical development
