Oracle CCS Consultant – Melbourne

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to act as a Technical Designer/Developer for Oracle Cloud Customer Service (CCS) solutions in Melbourne. The role focuses on delivering customisations and integrations for Oracle CC&B, C2M, CCS or MDM platforms, leveraging strong Oracle OUAF expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and analyse solution design documents to implement product‑specific customisations.
• Design, develop, and validate technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud technologies and recommend best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical designer/developer on Oracle CC&B.
• Proven experience with Oracle OUAF and at least one of the following: CC&B, C2M, CCS, or MDM.
• Strong understanding of solution design documentation and customisation processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
