Operations Training Manager

About the role

The Operations Training Manager will lead hands‑on training across Burger Urge’s corporate and franchise network. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will travel to venues, coach leaders, run workshops and support new store openings to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver national training programmes in‑venue and in classroom settings.
• Manage the training calendar and conduct operational audits.
• Support menu launches, system roll‑outs and operational initiatives.
• Coach new franchise partners through onboarding, opening and early trading phases.
• Facilitate the Burger Urge Premier League performance and engagement programme.
• Identify emerging leaders and contribute to succession planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading training in hospitality, retail or franchising.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight trips.
