Operations Office Lead

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Office Lead to own the execution of our project plan and drive the audit and monitoring programme across all states. The role reports directly to the Group Director, oOh! Works and ensures work stays on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Hold the operating cadence (stage‑gate reviews, status forums, exception reviews) and keep information flowing across teams.
• Execute a structured audit and monitoring programme against the Bid‑to‑Build Playbook, sampling live projects at key gates.
• Produce compliance and gate‑effectiveness reporting tied to KPIs such as Speed to Revenue and Reduced Installation Cost.
• Maintain Playbook documentation, audit checklists and process maps, ensuring version control.
• Drive Playbook adoption across cross‑functional teams and escalate systemic gaps to owners.
• Provide program office support to the Group Director, managing project plan compliance and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Proven experience running audit, quality‑assurance or process‑compliance programmes that delivered measurable change.
• Demonstrated success in business process redesign that reduced hand‑offs or cycle time.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams through evidence and credibility without formal authority.
• Tertiary qualification in business, operations, quality or a related discipline.
