Online English Writing & Analysis Course Developer

About the role

JadeClass Education Singapore is seeking enthusiastic educators to develop and deliver online English writing and analysis courses for students aged 6‑16. You will work with a small group of up to eight learners, teaching a semester‑long curriculum that covers story analysis, persuasive writing, narrative techniques, and more.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging 1‑on‑8 online lessons using the ClassIn platform.
• Review and adapt pre‑prepared lesson materials to meet JadeClass standards.
• Participate in development meetings and contribute to the creation of new lesson content.
• Maintain consistent attendance and preparation for all scheduled sessions.

Required profile

• Excellent oral English with clear enunciation.
• Professional appearance and a positive, adaptable attitude.
• Ability to explain concepts simply and logically.
• Willingness to emulate JadeClass teaching style.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ClassIn online teaching platform.

What we offer

• USD 360 per newly developed lesson (includes materials, homework, and grading keys).
• USD 75 per 90‑minute teaching session.
• Flexible scheduling on weekends and weekdays, with summer sessions twice weekly.
• Payments processed via Wise on a monthly basis.
