Omnichannel & Sales Assistant

About the role

The Omnichannel & Sales Assistant will act as a cross‑functional bridge between the call centre, travel‑agent portal and online sales teams at Club Med Pacific. You will analyse call‑centre performance, support training and quality assurance, and provide product and communications assistance. The role also involves streamlining travel‑agent registration, optimising the booking engine, implementing automation improvements, and leading the rollout of new omnichannel initiatives such as WhatsApp or chat integration.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse daily call‑centre metrics and produce performance reports.
• Assist with the design and delivery of training programmes and quality‑assurance checks.
• Provide product knowledge and communications support to sales and customer‑service teams.
• Streamline travel‑agent onboarding processes and improve the booking engine workflow.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement efficiency enhancements.
• Lead the implementation of new omnichannel tools, including WhatsApp and live‑chat integrations.

Required profile

• Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented with a background in customer service or sales.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience handling multiple workstreams.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Marketing or business degree preferred.
• Availability for a vocational placement or school‑agreement arrangement.
