职位概况
我们在杭州招聘多智能体交易模拟高级工程师，负责构建能够同时运行、评估和迭代大量交易智能体的研究平台，强调可靠的模拟和可重复的实验结果。
主要职责
- 搭建事件驱动的市场模拟器和可扩展的多智能体运行环境。
- 设计并实现策略接口、回测、撮合、费用、滑点和风险模型。
- 管理数百至数千个智能体的调度、状态、日志及故障恢复。
- 建立实验追踪、基准测试、统计检验及防止数据泄漏的流程。
- 与研究人员合作，将想法转化为可验证、可复现的实验。
任职要求
- 常驻杭州或能在杭州工作，具备5年以上后端、分布式系统或量化基础设施经验。
- 熟练使用Python，并掌握Go、Rust、C++或高性能数据系统中的至少一种。
- 理解回测偏差、市场微观结构、时间序列和实验设计。
- 能够构建可靠系统并清晰解释性能与正确性的权衡。
