About the role

Ignite Healthcare is a clinician-led, community-based allied health provider working across Melbourne, offering care in homes, schools, communities and hubs. Its 2026 Ignition New Grad Program invites new graduates to join as Occupational Therapists, working alongside participants and their supports to achieve functional goals with real positive impact.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside participants and their supports to achieve functional goals that positively affect the individual.
• Work in an interdisciplinary team, providing person-centred support through coaching, problem-solving and advocacy for participants' needs.
• Prioritise learning and development each week to support participant outcomes and career growth.
• Attend weekly team meetings to collaborate, connect and celebrate wins.
• Maintain a flexible calendar to suit participants and personal life.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Own car and valid driver's licence.
• Passion for supporting participants and making a difference in their lives.
