About the role
Early Start Australia is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its Toowoomba clinic. You will work within an allied health team delivering personalised therapy to children, young people and families across Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy programs aligned with client goals.
- Manage a discipline‑specific caseload, including complex cases, using a case‑management approach.
- Deliver services in clinic, home, school and community settings and conduct visits as required.
- Collaborate with allied health professionals such as speech therapists and psychologists.
- Develop and run specialised programmes including group therapy and parent workshops.
- Maintain accurate treatment notes, reports and documentation in the practice management system within 24 hours.
- Align therapy plans with NDIS/NDIA funding, review plans and support invoicing.
- Participate in team meetings, peer reviews and professional development activities.
