Occupational Therapist - Home Therapy

About the role

Vista Healthcare, a fast-growing provider of home therapy services for over 10 years, is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join its team on a full-time or part-time basis. Clients include elderly people and people living with disabilities. The role suits both experienced OTs and new graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Work with elderly clients and people living with disabilities in their homes, providing client-centred interventions
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments using standardised tools and clinical observation, and prepare reports using provided templates
• Formulate intervention goals tailored to each client and recommend equipment and support services as required
• Take part in ongoing learning and development, applying clinical reasoning across different conditions
• Work closely with a range of stakeholders to coordinate client care
