Occupational Therapist – Graduate to Senior

About the role

One Central Health is recruiting Occupational Therapists at all levels, from new graduates to senior clinicians, in its Balcatta and South Lake clinics. The role supports people with disability and developmental needs across the lifespan, working with clients, families and support networks in homes, schools, clinics and community settings. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Key responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy assessments (FCA's, DCD, Motor Dysgraphia, Sensory, Visual-Motor)
• Work with clients and families to set meaningful goals
• Develop, implement and review individualised intervention plans
• Provide therapy in clinic, home, school and community environments
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and keep up to date with current research and best practice

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility for registration
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain them
• Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one

What we offer

• Salary of $88,000 - $130,000 FTE, including 12% superannuation, depending on experience and clinical level
