About the role
Join Avina’s 12‑month Graduate Program as an Occupational Therapist and develop your clinical identity while working across community, clinic, home and school settings. The first weeks focus on learning, observing and gradually building a real caseload under close supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence‑informed, person‑centred Occupational Therapy services to clients with diverse needs.
- Progressively take ownership of a caseload, applying functional assessment, capacity building, sensory and motor regulation, and assistive technology solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy (completed or near completion) with AHPRA registration or eligibility.
- Interest in disability and community‑based practice, strong communication and organisational skills, and a valid driver’s licence.
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
