Occupational Therapist - Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time

About the role

Zenzability is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join its Smeaton Grange clinic on a full-time or part-time basis. The role suits an OT who enjoys working across the lifespan and wants to develop skills in assessment and report writing; training and support are provided. Once fully onboarded, the utilisation expectation is about 25 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Ongoing therapy alongside assessment and report writing, including functional capacity assessments, supported independent living and specialist disability accommodation assessments, aged care assessments and reports, assistive technology and equipment assessments, and NDIS progress reports.
• Collaborate with families, support coordinators and other health professionals.
• Develop a caseload around your own clinical interests, with community travel generally within 30 minutes of the clinic.

Required profile

• Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
• Eligible for an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a current Working With Children Check where required.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work independently within a supportive team.
• NDIS and/or aged care experience is highly regarded but not required.
