Non‑Technical Automotive Trainer – BMW Network

About the role

GP Strategies is partnering with BMW Australia to find an experienced Non‑Technical Trainer to support the BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad dealer network across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Mulgrave, Melbourne, you will deliver high‑impact training that enhances dealer performance and brings the premium brand experience to life.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate face‑to‑face and virtual training sessions covering product, sales and aftersales for a wide range of dealership roles.
• Deliver initial and post‑certification training, support product launches, immersive driving experiences and special training initiatives.
• Plan, customise and continuously improve training content to align with global standards and local market needs.
• Partner with dealers to build product knowledge, sales effectiveness and customer‑experience excellence.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations with experience in sales, product or aftersales.
• Proven experience delivering training in classroom, virtual or on‑the‑job environments.
• Familiarity with BMW Group products and retail environments is highly advantageous.
• Highly organised, self‑driven and able to manage up to 75% travel across Australia, New Zealand and occasional international trips.
