Non-Inventory Receiver – Amazon Warehouse

About the role

The Non-Inventory Receiver joins an Amazon warehouse team to manage the flow of non‑inventory items such as MRO supplies, safety equipment, and tools. You will operate PIT riders, receive goods into Coupa, and ensure accurate stowage and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Operate PIT rider to off‑load and accurately put away non‑inventory goods.
• Stage products in work areas and organise packaging supplies.
• Maintain appropriate levels of shipping supplies, kanbans, and supermarkets.
• Enter received goods into the Coupa purchasing system.
• Research missing shipments and assist with payment inquiries from Accounts Payable.
• Perform weekly cycle counts using Amazon purchasing systems.
• Deliver shipping supplies/consumables to relevant departments.
• Coach associates on safe work practices and report injuries immediately.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lb and stand/walk for up to 12‑hour shifts.
• 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office and data‑entry tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of workplace health and safety.
• Preferred: LF Licence SITDOWN, experience with Coupa or similar procurement systems, MRO supply management, cycle‑counting, kanban, and working with Accounts Payable.
