Night Front Desk Agent

About the role

Join the iconic Ritz-Carlton, Perth as a Night Front Desk Agent, delivering warm, personalized service to guests during the overnight shift. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs and addressing guest needs with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, provide information about the property and local attractions.
• Process all check‑ins, verify reservations, issue and activate room keys.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to confirm room readiness for arrivals.
• Handle check‑outs, resolve billing issues, process payments (cash, credit, debit, checks) and collect feedback.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with security procedures.

Required profile

• Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• I’m Alert Food Safety certification (City of Perth).
• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment is preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
