Night Duty Attendant

About the role

Join the team at NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Park and be the friendly night owl who ensures guests have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay after dark.

Key responsibilities

• Stay overnight on‑site, monitoring the park while guests sleep.
• Clean and tidy amenities and camp kitchens for fresh morning use.
• Patrol the grounds, maintain peace, and address any safety concerns.
• Answer the after‑hours phone, responding swiftly to guest calls, accommodation issues, or emergencies.
• Complete pool operations training and assist with pool upkeep.
• Address noise disturbances before the 10:30 p.m. curfew.
• Work evenings from 4:00 p.m. to approximately 10:30–11:30 p.m.

Required profile

• A can‑do attitude and genuine love for helping people.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to handle any situation.
• Willingness to learn, including pool operations training.
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Sense of responsibility for guest safety and comfort.
