New Graduate Speech Pathologist

About the role

A supportive allied health provider in Bacchus Marsh is looking for a new graduate speech pathologist. The clinic is part of a multidisciplinary team including two Senior Occupational Therapists, a Psychologist, Behaviour Practitioners and Speech Pathologists, with full administrative support. The role suits someone wanting a supportive start to their career, with regular guidance, approachable seniors and a structured plan to build confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Treat predominantly paediatric clients, with a small number of aged care clients
• Deliver therapy for 4-5 billable hours per day, leaving time for notes, planning and quality care
• Receive weekly supervision and day-to-day support from senior clinicians

Required profile

• Speech Pathology qualification
• SPA membership (required)
• Full driver's licence
