New Grad Physiotherapist - 12 Month Program

About the role

Proactive Health, a national allied health network with 350+ clinics, is hiring a new graduate Physiotherapist to start in February 2027. The 12-month graduate program gives a clear support structure and a pathway into clinical practice, with a dedicated senior mentor and a cohort of graduates across the country. You can choose to stay close to home in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth or Brisbane, or move into a regional clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and treat a broad musculoskeletal caseload, including sports, post-operative, chronic pain and older adult patients
• Combine hands-on treatment with exercise rehabilitation and clinical Pilates
• See clients through Medicare, DVA, Return to Work, CTP and private health
• Work closely with EPs, OTs, physios, podiatrists, dieticians, social workers and VRGP's on shared clients
• Grow your caseload gradually with structured support

Required profile

• Degree in Physiotherapy completed in 2026 or early 2027
• General registration with AHPRA, or eligibility on graduation
• Eligibility for a Medicare provider number
• First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain them
• DHS Working with Children check and current National Police check, or willingness to obtain them
• Full working rights in Australia
