Network Planner

About the role

CSR is seeking a Network Planner to join its Centralised Planning team in North Ryde. The role focuses on optimising inventory, working capital and product flow across the CSR network, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute network inventory optimisation strategies balancing service levels, cost efficiency and working capital.
• Manage Stock Transfer Orders and Purchase Orders to guarantee timely product movement.
• Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks such as demand variability, supply disruptions and capacity constraints.
• Monitor inventory levels and network performance, proactively rebalancing stock to reduce shortages and excess.
• Track and report on KPIs including service levels and stock availability.
• Resolve inventory imbalances and inefficiencies across the network.
• Collaborate with distribution, production and customer service teams to improve supply outcomes.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply‑chain planning, inventory planning or purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and network planning concepts.
• Experience with S&OP or IBP processes.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive problem‑solver.
• Team‑player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
