Network Engineer – Sydney

About the role

Infosys is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join its Sydney team. You will work on designing, configuring and troubleshooting enterprise networks while supporting cutting‑edge SD‑WAN solutions. The role offers a hybrid work model and a competitive annual salary.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and document network solutions based on high‑level customer designs.
• Implement and support SD‑WAN platforms such as Cisco Viptela, Silverpeak, Velocloud and Meraki.
• Collect network information, produce low‑level design details and ensure accurate documentation.
• Respond to client support cases, resolve issues promptly and meet SLA commitments.
• Collaborate with solution managers and customers to translate requirements into technical implementations.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in technical operations and service delivery within large enterprises or service providers.
• Proven ability to design, configure and troubleshoot complex network environments.
• Strong understanding of SD‑WAN technologies and network documentation practices.
