NetSuite Functional Analyst

About the role

The NetSuite Functional Analyst will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements and scalable NetSuite solutions, supporting administration, solution development, and strategic enhancements within a secure application environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver NetSuite implementations by translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design and configure NetSuite modules to improve finance, operations, and reporting processes.
• Support cross‑functional projects, collaborating with business units, IT, and third‑party vendors.
• Guide rollout of enhancements to production, coordinating with all IT areas.
• Document processes and provide training to end‑users and team members.

Required profile

• Experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Functional Consultant, or Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP, especially finance, accounting, reporting, and workflow configuration.
• Experience in a global, multi‑subsidiary NetSuite environment (multi‑currency/intercompany a plus).
• Inclusive communication style and ability to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Solutions‑focused mindset with ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
