National Warehouse & Servicing Manager

About the role

The National Warehouse & Servicing Manager leads Revo’s nationwide warehouse, logistics and equipment service operations. This newly created position ensures that all warehousing, inventory, maintenance and service functions operate efficiently while meeting internal KPIs and supplier SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warehouse and service teams across Australia, fostering a collaborative culture and delivering regular training.
• Oversee end‑to‑end warehousing and logistics, including receipt, storage, retrieval, dispatch, stocktakes and inventory system reporting.
• Manage inventory, supply chains and stock levels to meet company KPIs and supplier SLAs, minimising risk and delays.
• Ensure WHS compliance, optimise warehouse layout and implement waste‑management procedures.
• Prioritise and allocate repair, maintenance and service requests, maintaining parts availability to meet service KPIs.
• Control repair, maintenance and servicing costs, develop preventative maintenance schedules and oversee equipment installations, relocations and refurbishments.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale warehouse operations.
• Working knowledge of facility and building maintenance.
• Certificate IV in Warehousing (desirable) or equivalent industry experience.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and forklift licence.
• Strong people‑leadership and coaching abilities.
• Advanced prioritisation, organisational and time‑management skills.
