National Sales Manager – Surgical Vision

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead its Surgical Vision business across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Sydney, you will shape and execute commercial strategies, drive revenue growth and build strong customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the ANZ Surgical Vision sales strategy, delivering revenue, market‑share and profitability growth.
• Manage a high‑performance sales team through recruitment, coaching, talent development and succession planning.
• Develop strategic customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate across functions to optimise product launches, pricing strategies and overall commercial effectiveness.
• Contribute to the ANZ Leadership Team, influencing business strategy and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company values.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with significant sales capability and leadership experience, preferably in medical devices or capital equipment.
• Proven success leading geographically dispersed teams and delivering sustained revenue and market‑share growth.
• Strong experience in sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline governance and strategic‑account management.
• Ability to engage senior hospital, procurement, clinical and commercial stakeholders and knowledge of healthcare compliance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
