Nanny - Richmond, VIC

About the role

A family in Richmond, VIC is looking for a long-term, permanent nanny to care for three children aged 6, 4 and 17 months. The role starts as soon as possible and is two days per week, Monday and Tuesday, from 7:30am to 6:30pm; Saturday work is optional. Pay is from $40-45 per hour depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Care for the 17-month-old during the day, then care for all three children after school/ELC
• Plan age-appropriate activities and outings, and encourage outdoor play and exercise
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks
• Pick up children from school and ELC in the family car
• Support the eldest child with homework and help with bath and evening routines
• Help with family dinners, laundry and household organisation while the toddler naps (2-3 hours)

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience as a nanny or in a child care role
• Current Working With Children Check and current First Aid and CPR certificate
• Excellent references, non-smoker, full driver's licence with a clean record
• Looking for a long-term, permanent position and wants to build a close relationship with the family
