About the role
Griffith University is investing heavily in a university‑wide Salesforce ecosystem as part of a multi‑year digital transformation. The program seeks a range of Salesforce professionals to support product management, platform leadership, business analysis, solution architecture, delivery, administration and functional specialisations.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to a large‑scale, enterprise Salesforce transformation that reshapes student, alumni, staff and community engagement.
- Work within a high‑visibility program backed by senior executive leadership and influence strategic decisions affecting thousands of users.
- Partner with academic, professional and technology stakeholders to mature a product‑led culture focused on value and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Professional experience in Salesforce product leadership, platform management, architecture, business transformation or delivery.
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills, with a passion for leveraging technology to improve customer experiences at scale.
