About the role

Join Australia’s most iconic mortgage brand as a Mobile Broker, operating remotely while supporting customers across the home loan journey. You’ll work flexibly, using phone, video, or occasional face‑to‑face meetings, without office mandates or long commutes.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑qualified customer appointments booked by in‑house sales associates.
• Provide expert lending solutions and guide customers through their home loan process.
• Leverage Aussie’s technology platform and centralised Client Solutions team for loan processing and admin.
• Earn additional income by referring customers to buyer’s agents, conveyancing and other Aussie services.
• Develop referral networks and grow your presence in the local community.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it, support provided).
• Background in sales or customer service.
• Drive and determination to build a thriving mortgage broking business.
• Passion for helping customers achieve homeownership.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
