Mobilisation Coordinator

About the role

Breight Group supports Tier 1 mining clients across Western Australia by mobilising hundreds of employees safely to site, fully compliant and ready to perform. It is looking for an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join its team in Rivervale, WA. The role works closely with Operations, Recruitment, Workforce Planning and clients to run smooth mobilisations from first booking to arrival on site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce mobilisation for shutdowns, maintenance and project work across WA
• Manage flights, accommodation, site access and travel logistics
• Ensure employees meet client compliance and onboarding requirements
• Coordinate pre-mobilisation activities such as medicals, drug and alcohol testing, PPE and vehicles
• Maintain accurate employee and project records across internal systems
• Liaise with employees, clients and operational teams
• Provide site administration support during regional shutdowns and projects when required

Required profile

• Previous mobilisation experience in the mining and resources industry
• Experience mobilising personnel to clients such as Rio Tinto, Fortescue, Roy Hill and Newmont
• Strong knowledge of mining onboarding systems and compliance requirements
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance

Required skills

• Experience using mobilisation, workforce planning or HR systems
