Mobile Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Software Engineer to design, build, and ship high‑quality native mobile features for our insurance and financial products. You will work remotely with a global engineering team, creating intuitive, high‑performance experiences for iOS and Android users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship mobile features for iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure application stability, scalability, and reliability.
• Continuously improve performance metrics such as crash rates, load speed, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
• Leverage analytics and user feedback to enhance product quality.
• Build AI‑assisted mobile experiences that add meaningful value for users.
• Contribute to engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional mobile software development experience.
• Strong expertise in building production iOS apps with Swift or Android apps with Kotlin.
• Solid understanding of modern mobile architecture patterns and native platform best practices.
• Experience with SwiftUI/UIKit or Jetpack Compose/Android SDK.
• Knowledge of mobile UX, accessibility, and user‑centered design.
• Proven ability to integrate REST APIs and troubleshoot production issues.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team.
