Mobile Engineer - AI Finance Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Engineer to build and enhance BJAK's AI‑powered Neobank app for Android and iOS. You will create clean, reliable, and intuitive mobile experiences that simplify complex financial journeys for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Create end‑to‑end mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and broader financial services.
• Integrate backend REST APIs, ensure stability, security, and high performance of the app.
• Improve app performance, crash rates, loading states, responsiveness, and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics and user behavior data to continuously refine the product.
• Build AI‑assisted experiences only when they add genuine value to the user journey.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of Android fundamentals, Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern architecture.
• Excellent sense of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.
• Ability to work fast, take ownership, and maintain high product quality.
