Mobile Application Developer (React Native)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Application Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality mobile solutions. You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and cross‑functional teams to deliver robust React Native applications and support native iOS/Android components.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse system requirements and estimate development tasks for new or enhanced mobile applications.
• Select and recommend the most effective development approach.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical specifications.
• Design, code, and test mobile applications in line with solution architecture.
• Provide unit testing, support system testing, and assist with implementation.
• Deliver emergency technical support and resolve production issues to maintain high availability and data integrity.
• Contribute to programming standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers and lead small development teams.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years in mobile app development.
• Proven ability to lead small teams and estimate project effort.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
