Mobile Application Developer (C#/.NET MAUI/Xamarin)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Application Developer to join a government client engagement through IBM. The contract is based in Brisbane and offers a hybrid work arrangement with both onsite collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform iOS and Android applications using C#.NET MAUI and Xamarin.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment and ongoing support.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code and integrate RESTful APIs, cloud messaging and push‑notification services.
• Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams, conduct code reviews, and contribute to performance, usability, security and accessibility improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of mobile application development experience, with at least three years focused on .NET MAUI, Xamarin.Forms or Xamarin.Native.
• Australian Baseline security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proven ability to analyse requirements, resolve technical problems and communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration and time‑management skills within Agile delivery teams.
