Mine Operator (Pumper) – Full-time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operator (Pumper) to join Mangoola Coal’s modern open‑cut coal operation. This permanent, full‑time position works dayshift on a lifestyle roster, focusing on dewatering and heavy equipment tasks to support production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily dewatering duties across the mine.
• Operate heavy mobile equipment safely and efficiently when required.
• Execute the full range of mining tasks to meet production targets in a dynamic environment.
• Promote a high level of safety performance and uphold Mangoola Coal values.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and minimise environmental impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Pumper/Operator in a production mining environment.
• Strong team player with a high regard for personal and team safety.
• Self‑leadership, positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing conditions.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.

Required skills

• Dewatering operations.
• Heavy mobile equipment operation.
