Migration Agent

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Migration Agent to provide expert visa consultation and support clients throughout the migration process. The successful candidate will guide applicants, prepare documentation, and represent them before immigration authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide visa consultation, advising clients on options, eligibility, and processes.
• Assist clients in gathering and preparing accurate documentation for visa applications.
• Lodge visa applications on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on application progress and addressing queries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes.
• Represent clients in dealings with immigration authorities, advocating for their interests.
• Keep thorough records of client interactions and application details.

Required profile

• Valid Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) licence.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience as a migration agent with successful visa lodgments.
• Strong understanding of immigration laws, visa categories, and migration processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Professional interpersonal skills with empathy and confidentiality.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and integrity.
• Ability to adapt to changing immigration policies and client needs.
