Mid‑Weight Graphic & Multimedia Designer

About the role

This is a Mid‑Weight Graphic & Multimedia Designer role at Medical Symbiosis, based in Sydney. The position is hands‑on with a high‑output focus on creating and adapting artwork for three consumer health brands, especially paid social advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Design, adapt and produce paid social ads across Steady Freddy, SuperFastDiet and Nutraviva, including variations and updates.
• Create email campaigns and automated emails in Klaviyo.
• Develop web assets and landing pages for Shopify stores, supporting the Nutraviva rebuild.
• Produce print and packaging artwork, managing bleed, colour profiles and dielines for production.
• Generate simple motion assets such as animated static ads or trimmed video clips.
• Prepare decks, one‑pagers and other collateral for business customers and trade partners while ensuring compliance with TGA advertising rules.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio covering both digital and print work.
• Strong typography, layout and colour skills with attention to detail.
• Confidence using Figma as the primary design tool.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Canva for print and packaging.
• Practical knowledge of print production processes, including bleed, colour profiles and dielines.
• Ability to organise workload from briefs in ClickUp and flag missing information.
• Interest in design performance and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
• Comfort with basic motion using After Effects, Premiere or similar tools.
