Mid-Weight Graphic & Multimedia Designer

About the role

Medical Symbiosis is seeking a mid‑weight graphic & multimedia designer who enjoys turning ideas into production‑ready assets quickly. You will work across three fast‑growing consumer health brands, delivering high‑output design for digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, adapt and prepare paid‑social ads for all three brands, including variations and updates.
• Create email templates and automated campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Develop web assets and landing‑page designs for Shopify stores, supporting the Nutraviva rebuild.
• Produce print and packaging layouts, ensuring files are ready for production.
• Execute simple motion work such as animating static assets or trimming video for different placements.
• Prepare decks, one‑pagers and other collateral for business customers and trade partners.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio showing both digital and print work.
• Strong typography, layout and colour skills with high attention to detail.
• Confidence using Figma as the primary design tool, plus Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Canva for quick turnarounds.
• Practical knowledge of print production (bleed, colour profiles, dielines).
• Ability to organise workload from briefs in ClickUp and flag missing information.
• Interest in design performance and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
• Comfort with basic motion tools (After Effects, Premiere, Canva or Figma).
• Openness to incorporating modern AI tools into the workflow.
