Mid-Senior Sales & Marketing Professionals

About the role

Hire Resolve is partnering with leading sales and marketing organisations across Australia to place experienced mid‑senior professionals in a range of commercial functions. The role is hybrid and offers a pathway to senior leadership positions such as Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Sales Director or Commercial Director.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales and/or marketing strategies aligned to revenue growth, pipeline targets and brand objectives.
• Own go‑to‑market planning, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, channel strategy and integrated campaign execution.
• Drive new business development and account growth through structured prospecting, relationship management and account planning.
• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, content, events, partnerships) and track ROI.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting and performance dashboards to guide decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or related field; postgraduate qualifications and certifications are a plus.
• 5–12+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing or broader commercial roles at a mid‑senior level.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, pipeline contribution or customer acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders.

• CRM systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Marketing automation: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua.
• Analytics/reporting: GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI.
• Advertising platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
