Mid-Level Project Architect – Sydney

About the role

Greenbox Architecture, part of Woolpert, is looking for a mid‑level Project Architect/Designer to join its growing Sydney team. You will work on complex, multi‑phase projects for data centres, health, life‑science and commercial interiors, contributing to both national and global initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and advance design concepts through detailed development stages.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers and internal teams to ensure design intent and project delivery.
• Manage project documentation, drawings and BIM models across multiple phases.
• Support senior architects in client presentations and design reviews.
• Contribute to the growth of the Sydney office by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience on complex architectural projects.
• Strong understanding of design development and delivery processes.
• Proven ability to solve design challenges collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork and client interaction.

Required skills

• Revit (BIM) proficiency.
