Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (front-end focus)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to help build our SaaS platform from the ground up. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions for our clients in the novated leasing and fintech space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement front‑end and back‑end features for our platform.
• Collaborate with industry experts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Integrate and manage transaction and payment systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them where appropriate.
• Work closely with the product team to prioritize features and enhancements.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proficiency in front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.
• Proficiency in back‑end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby) and frameworks like Express, Django or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience integrating transaction and payment systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with database management and optimisation.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
