Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to lead the design, development and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions for a leading education services client in Australia. The role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development and integration, as well as an understanding of the sector’s operational and regulatory needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops and provide technical feasibility and thought‑leadership.
• Design solutions for Dynamics 365 CRM modules based on project requirements.
• Develop high‑quality code, configurations and customisations, including plugins and workflows.
• Implement Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and Key Vault.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design and build integrations with other systems.
• Create and execute data migration plans from legacy applications to Dynamics 365.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects for enterprise clients.
• Proven ability to lead technical design and development activities.
• Strong understanding of education sector requirements is a plus.
