Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead to drive the functional design and delivery of enterprise CRM solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project managers to translate requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 implementations while ensuring high‑quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the functional lead for Dynamics 365 CRM projects across one or multiple engagements.
• Lead requirement gathering, analysis and functional solution design activities.
• Configure, customize and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules to meet business needs.
• Oversee testing, validation and deployment of CRM solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and coordinate with technical architects.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure project timelines are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading functional teams in complex, multi‑stream Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong domain knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
