About the role
The Team Lead – Microsoft Azure Cloud Security & Solutions will build and mentor a high‑performing Azure‑focused support team, driving operational excellence and delivering secure cloud solutions for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a specialist Azure team, fostering learning and capability uplift.
- Manage day‑to‑day Azure workloads, implementations, projects and security improvements.
- Collaborate across CyberCX to maximise value delivered on Azure platforms.
- Create a culture of empowerment, collaboration and accountability aligned to shared goals.
Required profile
- At least 4 years of mentoring or coaching experience in a cloud environment, preferably Azure‑focused.
- Strong understanding of IT and security operations in Microsoft Azure within large or complex organisations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Australian citizenship with ability to obtain an Australian Security Clearance.
