Microsoft Azure Cloud Security Team Lead

About the role

CyberCX, part of Accenture, is looking for a Team Lead to build and mentor a high‑performing Microsoft Azure cloud security and solutions team. You will drive operational excellence, support professional growth, and ensure successful delivery of Azure‑focused customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a specialised Azure team, fostering learning and capability uplift.
• Understand each member’s skills and aspirations, providing career development plans.
• Oversee day‑to‑day Azure‑based workloads, implementations and security projects.
• Collaborate across CyberCX to maximise value for customers using Azure platforms.
• Promote a culture of empowerment, collaboration and accountability.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of mentoring or coaching experience in a cloud environment, preferably Azure‑focused.
• Strong understanding of IT and security operations in Microsoft Azure within large or complex organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivering innovative Azure solutions.
• Ability to respond to challenges with agility and resilience.
